Here is my 1990 Rickenbacker 325V59 in Mapleglo.  It is really small…so I like it on that level.  However, the short scale makes the strings feel really loose and spongy when tuned to standard pitch.  I have actually put .012’s on it to try and make up for some of the tension lost becasue of the short scale.  It doesn’t really work though.  :(

On the plus side, all you have to do is plug this in and you instantly sound like the early Beatles! :D
